1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to Quant GPT v5. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Quant GPT v5 ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our quantitative algorithmic analysis software, online dashboards, API interfaces, and related web properties (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, connecting an external exchange API, or using any component of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
To register for an account and access the Platform, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your domestic jurisdiction.
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding commercial contracts under applicable law.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing our services from, any jurisdiction where the distribution or use of algorithmic digital asset trading software violates local statutory laws or financial regulations.
- You are not listed on any domestic or international trade sanction, anti-terrorism, or Specially Designated Nationals lists.
You remain solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, API secrets, multi-factor authentication tokens, and access devices. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Description of Services
Quant GPT v5 provides an automated analytical trading interface incorporating machine-learning models, technical indicators, and execution algorithms. The Platform enables users to deploy automated strategies across compatible digital asset exchanges via user-supplied API keys.
Non-Custodial Architecture: Quant GPT v5 is a non-custodial technology vendor. We do not hold, deposit, transfer, or maintain custody over your fiat currency or digital assets at any time. All financial transactions and order routings occur directly on independent third-party exchanges through cryptographic credentials you configure.
4. Software Licence and Intellectual Property
Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms, Quant GPT v5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and utilise the Platform for your personal, non-commercial analytical use. You shall not:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or extract underlying source code or quantitative mathematical models.
- Sub-license, resell, lease, or commercially exploit any output generated by the Platform.
- Deploy automated scrapers, web crawlers, or high-volume query bots that burden our server infrastructure.
- Circumvent or attempt to disable digital rights management, rate limits, or security filters.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
The calculations, algorithmic signals, automated triggers, and historical performance models displayed on Quant GPT v5 are intended strictly for educational, research, and technical purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalised investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
We do not evaluate your individual financial objectives, net worth, risk tolerance, or capacity for loss. Any decision to allocate funds to trading or digital assets is taken at your sole discretion and risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Quant GPT v5, its directors, developers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of trading capital, profits, digital assets, or potential investment opportunities.
- Disruptions arising from third-party exchange outages, API rate limitations, or blockchain hard forks.
- Network latency, system errors, data feed delays, or slippage incurred during automated execution.
- Unauthorised account breach resulting from compromised user credentials or phishing.
7. Termination and Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive trading practices, or exposed the Platform to legal, technological, or regulatory risk.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London, England, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of these Terms.
